Im building a cage for my new leopard gecko. Its mainly plywood, i did some landscaping using mortar/cement including a few caves and hiding spots. The "box" measures about 80x40x45 (cm). I need some advice on ventilation, how well ventilated should this cage be? My guess would be some drilled holes would do...but i might be wrong

I'm pretty sure Leo's need humidity at about 60% or above.. I think a few small holes should do the trick, if you go over board though, you won't be able to get the humidity up..
