awesome. good for that person to take it away from the kid. someone should punch its parents in the face for letting a child have an animal and then neglect it. i would be more then happy to do in personally, just foreward me the addy
i would personally nix the UVB light, since theyre nocturnal, and then add a moist hide [tupperware container with a hole cut in the top filled with peat/coir/moss] similar to a moss box you would provide a snake when shedding, but just leave it in all the time.

Ok sounds good thanks for the help. I know red lights are invisible to Geckos so should i go ahead and use that. I'm going to the pet store in the AM to pick up a few things if there is anything you would suggest other than what i have let me know!
Thanks

Thanks. The second set were better due to the lighting. I had to many light's on near the cage when I took the first set. I really like her, glad the lady spent the time and $ to make sure she made it.

Well I have been leaving her alone since I just got her but she is really nice. Just chills on my arm, tries to take off sometimes but never flips out or anything.

uh.. red isnt really invisable, but it doesnt really effect them a whole lot. its good for "night time viewing" when nocturnal geckos are out, however, i find they are too bright for me to have on at night, if the cages are being kept in my room. i can tell they are effected by it, because when a red line is shown over them, their pupils arent comepletely open. if you want to invest in something long term, go with a ceramic heat emmiter, for a few bucks more but will last 10+ years. and.. of course, with any heating element, always attach to a dimmer or thermostat.

sounds good. I'll invest the $ if it will create a better environment for her. I'll pick up a few things.
Thanks Again!
