I know this might sound dumb but my geckos were with worms in a little container that i held them n while i was gettin a new tank.. Ants attacked them .. when i went to check in on them they were covered with ants and it took a few mins for me to get them off of them.. when i finally did they seemed very sick.. i dont know what to do..none of the vets around here are reptile vets!!
I think they might die =(
thanks

Did the ants bite your geckos? I woulld find a vet to take them to even if it meant driving 500 miles!
How long do you think this was going on before you realized it?

I think that it was happening for a while like maybe a few hours they were covered in them!!!! i am sad cuz i have had one of them for a long time and she was my first gecko!! i love her! and i dont know what to do.. it looks like they bit them.. She was all red like irritated whne i got the ants off.. and the other one started to look very skinny out of nowhere

Use neosporing (just original kind) on the wounds..apply it lightly and dont put it near the heat pits/eyes/nose/mouth.. make sure no sand or bedding gets in their to infect. Start feeding again slowly little bits at a time so you dont stress your gecko more, but make sure to feed heavy. Monitor the wounds and if someone would give the link to that Herp Vet Directory? You can almost always find a vet somewhere near you! good luck!
