Is there a way to tell the difference between male and female TOKAY GECKOS.. The guys at the pet store said the males will bark and female make no sound...Just wanted to know if there was any truth to this...

Yes, it is true--to a point. Both male and female geckos will bark if disturbed. Only males make the distinctive "To-KEH!" call, to establish their territory and attract a mate.

However, there is an easier way:
