Yes i am planning on starting a blizzard leo project thi summer.
i was thinkin of getting 1 male albino leo, 2 female blizzards and 2 female het for blizzards
i just had some questions about breeding and i thought this would be the righ forum.
do leos need to be cooled? if so would i have to cool them each in seporate containers?
and can leos be cept in a big cage together a permanently as long as theres not more then one male? and what size cage would 1 male and 3-4 females need? and what is a good lenght of time to cool them and at what temps?
ok now that i am done breeding project Q's i have a other question..
does bright light hurt the albinos skin or eyes or the blizzards? do they need a "special" lighting do to that? i was thinking of keeping them in big rubbermaids stacked up so i have extra room so it might not be a prob but just wondering THANKS ALL!

I don't cool my Leo's on purpose. They lay fertile eggs in the spring. I checked my Leo Manual by de Vosjoli/Tremper and they concur that it "does not seem to be necessary" to cool them. They also agree with me that it is lack of heat that actually prevents many from successful breeding. It sounds like you have a plan, but remember, you may want to get a MALE that is the most recessive as far as the genetics go (you can produce many more young by breeding the male to everything than just a few from each female). My Leos live in a colony permanently. I have up to 6 in a 2X2X2 cube, with different levels. I have a plastic cactus that is about 1 1/2' tall, they love it. Two moist hides and some rock piles for shade. As long as the heat is adequate, I don't know if Leos even need much light. I like to give them a day/night cycle, so they know it's time to start laying those eggs. I would keep it as UNbright as possible while still providing heat. I think most of the books recommend a 20gal for 2 geckos. I think this is VERY generous (too generous). Just make sure there is only one male, and you are on your way. They are VERY simple.
