Unhappy leo gecko

i have a gecko whos throwing up his food!the vet said it was worms and it
would go away but it isnt.

did they give you anything to give it? We have two and havent' had that issue but I'd like to know what they told you to do about it. Just wait it out?

huh? The vet said it would "go away?" You seriously need to find a better vet. The vet should have at least given your gecko some oral medication or an injection. There probably isn't much you can do for it now. When I found out one of my geckos had worms, my vet gave him an injection. He didn't survive for too long afterwards. I think, don't quote me on this, that the worms die inside the gecko's body after being killed by the injection and cause necrosis, and, the eventual death of your gecko. I would probably get it euthanized. I'm really sorry to hear about this. You have my empathy.
