The male will breed with her off and on before, during, and after her laying eggs. Usually keeping a lone female with a male isn't a good idea due to the stress he can do on her. Multiple females is the way to go, or removing the female after a "play date".
My male jumped on my female with in a few seconds and I witnessed them copulating a few times within about 10 minutes, then I removed her.
Within a few days you should be able to see the eggs forming in her belly. My female is a patternless so her belly is translucent, you can see the eggs.
Just make sure your geckos are good and healthy.
Good luck with the little guys. We'd love to see some pics!
