Boaguy females have the pores too. The second pic in my other post is MY female, not Peter, and you can see the pores there, right? Females pores aren't as noticable, but hey have them.

Boaguy, if Peter is even old enough to be sure, it's definitely female because it has very faint vents, characteristic of female, and no bulges at the base of it's tail from what I can see at all. And with such a fat tail like that, you would DEFINITELY see bulges if it were male.

I'm still voting female -- Peter/Rose does have pores, but they're not pronounced enough to be male -- and I don't see any sign of bulges on the tail....

The presence or lack of "hemipenal bulges" is indicative of nothing really. I can show you many females with prominabt bulges, as well as many males that have none whatsoever.
Taking the above factors into consideration (focus & distance), the pores appear to be quite large. Too large, IMO, to be those of a female.
