Doing something wrong

I can't get signed into my picuture album. I know it's probably something I'm doing, but it tells me incorrect login/pw. Am I typing it in wrong or what? Thanks.

Yes you are probably doing something wrong...

I have told you prior that the program is case sensitive. You need to sign in EXACTLY as it appears below [ sent it to you, yet again in email]. I have no problem signing into your account myself. So you shouldn't either when you use the proper casing on your information. I have told you that the program is CASE SENSITIVE and your sign in information MUST be EXACTLY as it appears in the emails which I have been sending you. The following is what you need to use :

Screen name: coferj
pass: is in your email

What you are probably doing is using a "C" instead of a "c" on the coferj. As this is how you keep sending it to me in your emails telling me what your info is.

You will NOT be able to access the album if you continue to use the user name of :

"Coferj"

You WILL be able to access the album if you use the user name of :

"coferj"

See the difference ?

Well, I don't know the difference b/t our computers b/c I'm typing it exactly like you and it still won't let me in. Maybe it's in the way I access the photo gallery. I just assumed that you click photo gallery, then click login at the top right, then proceed...this is where I am hung up. Like I said, I type it exactly as you did and it says that is not correct. I'm not computer illiterate, but I've tried every variation that I can think of.
Your messages suggest that you are getting somewhat agitated at my repeated problems with the photo gallery. I do apologize for the inconvenience...if it too much trouble, maybe you could possibly let someone else work on it, or if all else fails, forget about it. I, once again, thank you for all your help and patience.

Sounds like what happened to me when I first signed up...this may not be user error. How long ago did you sign up for the album?

I asked about the albums Thursday, I believe. Lori quickly replied that she would take care of it. I then was notified Saturday that it was set up and ready to go. I have not been able to log in since. Any clues Rev? [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]

NOPE..Not at all. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] The problem I related with the case sensitivity is usually what is happening when users have a problem logging into their albums. That's why that is being pointed out. I couldn't tell ya just how many people , even though the words CASE SENSITIVE &amp; EXACTLY are in caps and jump out at ya, are actually using a lower case rather than an upper case on one character, or vice versa, in either user name or pass and can not get into their albums due to such.

OK..Our computers are not going to make the difference here in wether you are able to access the albums by signing into them at all. Here's the steps that are taken to get into the albums...I am assuming that is at the user name/pass log in [step 6] that your problem exists...but let me know if I am wrong please....

1.**Click on the photo gallery link
2.**click login at the top right of the gallery pages
3.**Get a pop up type window that asks for your user name and password
4.**type in your user name : for you it = coferj
5.**type in your password : i'll send it yet again in email to you in a minute
6.**click submit
7.**pop up window disappears and your gallery window refreshes itself with a &quot;WELCOME YOUR NAME&quot; in the upper right hand corner where the sign in button was.
8.**click on your album
9.**Your window now shows your album with &quot;editing&quot; buttons at the top right corner


At exactly which step are you &quot;stalling&quot; at when trying to get into the albums?
I could try changing your pass for you and seeing if that helps at all, oR I could delete your info and re-enter even if you want me to and see if that helps. Just let me know is all.

ok.. i even placed an rtb logo in your album hehe. IF you can not access your album yet again...please contact me using the im'er on rtb or in the chatroom even . i can walk you thru it that way and we can try and figure out exactly why your are having this problem.

OK..got your pm in the chatroom.. You should be all set now..and no when you upgarde it wont affect your logging in either... [ back scrolled hehe]
