Anyone else having this problem?

I try to sign into my photo account, and it doesn't do anything. The login screen comes up, I type my username/pw, click, then wait....nothing, though. No wrong password/username message, no get lost message, nothing...lol Also, I'm wanting to upgrade my membership, so I need the specifics of what I need to do to complete this. How much? Where to send money? etc, etc. Thanks!

yep, im having the same problem. im pretty sure we need to pay now. as i dont remember the specifics of the photoalbum account i think it would be a good idea to repost em here lori so we can pay our dues.

but then it says they will lockdown all albums that didnt pay......

I think what that means is that albums larger than 20, or albums that aren't supposed to be free....if you have one of those and you don't send payment within 60 days, your album will be locked down...also, if you have a 20pic limit account, and you hit your limit, then you will be locked down...I think that is what has happened to mine, but not sure...I'm going to upgrade anyway, b/c I just got a new digi cam...plus, it's only right that I help the site that has helped me so much.....

BTW, that blue is REALLY hard on the eyes...lol A question, it says that albums that already exist are only $10 a year...what constitutes this? Would I be considered a return album, or a new b/c I have only had a free? Not trying to pull one over, just making sure I pay the right amount...Thanks!

Fyre.. That info was posted about a year ago. Basically there are no albums to lock down at this time at all. The 60 days or whatever time it was has looong since passed..hehe. I'll change the page to reflect it also now np, just to alleviate any confusion in regards to it further.

The 20 pic album has long since gone by also. We did that when we went to pay for the albums. It was for any members that already had an album was all at that time.

The RTB Photo Albums are set at pricing like this :

$20 per year for unlimited pic storage.

We also have it set so that you can order the Fauna magazine and an RTB photo album for total cost of $35. Both the magazine and the album are for one year's time. The album when bought with the magazine is also for unlimited pic storage.

To pay for an album , you can contact me @ LORI_SnakesRule@redtailboa.net for payment info or check this page out. .
Once your album has been paid for please hit this page and fill out the info for the album user name etc , then hit submit. Your info will go to my email and I will set the album account up for you then.

The option for purchasing both the Fauna magazine and the RTB album can be found on our home page at the top area right above the news items. [ NOTE : I just tried the link and it's not working atm. So if you are interested in this one..Just contact me and I'll set it up np for you].

No matter which way you choose to purchase an RTB album, you need to hit this page here and fill out the user name etc info for me to set your album up for you.
