error message

I've been trying to upload a couple photos. They start to upload, but when I get to the page that shows the photos and has the "process" button, I get this erroe message:
Problem running JPEGTRAN:

"/usr/bin/jpegtran" -copy none /home/redtailboa/public_html/pp/data/3055/6862guess2.jpg

Error Code: 1

Any ideas?
