i sense a new addiction...
i used to keep goldfish as pets... long time ago.... and even longer than that, when we lived in guam, i had a saltwater tank. that was neat cos my dad would bring home what he caught while snorkeling or shell hunting. we would keep it as a pet for a few days... then he would eat it.
well, while looking at the fish in the petstore.... lookin for a nice juicy fish for my babies....
i saw these guys:
im so inlove with them. i bought 4..... and im buying a bigger tank next payday

Tracy,
Ms. Newkirk will be firing off a "nice letter" to you later today. If you don't comply, expect to be "pelted" with fish flakes on her next outing.

Re: i sense a new addiction...
yeah the only problem is is that the aquarium addiction can grow just as fast if not faster than the reptile addiction, i became addicted to them about a year ago and now have three tanks and two snakes, if i dont get the snakes cages built soon then i have to get rid of them

Re: i sense a new addiction...
ah yes, the aquar-itis...I know that affliction well
for me it was live aquatic plants that formed one addiction, and then once I got into Cichlids their complex social behavior formed a new addiction.
welcome to the fishy nut-house!

Re: i sense a new addiction...
That is a Bumble-bee catfish. Relatively hardy, grows to 6-8", predatory and nocturnal. If you offer it a hiding place, prepare to never see it. pH-7.0, temp-80-82F. Eats anything that sinks to the bottom and will fit in it's mouth.

Re: i sense a new addiction...
Use to breed Betta's. Thats an addiction in alot of gallon bottles. Sadly I have to go to rehab my house just couldn't take any more bottles. Husband then made the mistake of buying me my 1st snake.
