1. Get the lens as close to the aquarium glass as possible.
2. Use an off camera flash.

Yep, that's the only 2 tricks that I know of to reduce or totally avoid glass reflection other than sometimes a really good, properly used polorizer helps...but putting the lens right up to the glass and using a flash on a flash bracket with a pc cord or a big pro flash setup is the best way all around. Yet another reason why SLRs eat the little guy's with no off camera flash abilities lunch lol
