Question Arrowana question

I have an empty 75 gallon right now and am going to get it going tomorrow... I really like Arrowanas but am wondering how long one can stay in a 75g before I need to upgrade... The ones I've looked at are about 4-6in I think....
Thanks

I'm not sure on there growth rate but they can get around 3' 1/2 to 4 ft in length depending on the species or sub species

if your getting a black aro, then it could stay in the 75 for a while. if its a more common silver you might get a year or 2 tops before its just swimming in tight circles in that small of a tank. www.arofanatics.com is a great site to do a little homework before you bring this potentialy huge fish home.
