This may sound stupid, but what is Rep Power? I've searched all over the site and I can't find anything to answer this questions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-Bill

Look at the top of everyone's posts and you'll see a set of scales. If you click on that, it gives you the option to add to someone's reputation. If that person gave good information or advice, you can add to their rep and leave a comment. It's a useful little tool.

The scale is on the blue bar at the top of each post. It is light blue. and beside the post number.
