quick log off
Hey, I am wondering if there is a way to extend the logged in time.
I always end up typing up a big post (like in the 'live pile' thread) and by
the time I hit "submit" I've been logged out. I hit back but then it wipes the info I typed in... so I spent 10 minutes typing something up, it gets lost and by golly, I am not going to type it all up again!
Any way to get a longer logged in timer? (obviously I am very technical)

what do you mean by timer? I stay logged into RTB all day but often dont type anything, I just hit refresh now and then to look for new post! What you could do is select everything you typed, then right click and copy it, hit enter and if you have any probs and have to go back you can just paste it again
Hope that helps!
PS, I still waiting to see your star trek pics lol

I have been trying to copy my text before hitting submit now... sometimes I just forget, getting all caught up in the moment of typing. I don't know why I get logged out, it seems like a 10 minute window, if I don't click anything all the sudden I am logged out. :'( Maybe it's something on my user CP I can fix. hmmm....
Star Trek pics will have to wait until (if) they come out with another movie, didn't get any pics last time, sorry to disapoint!

When you clear them, you will time out and have to log back in. The cookie that the site uploads is what allows you to remain logged on. Try waiting till after you cleared your cookies to log in. That way you have a fresh cookie...chocolate chip even!
