my dads got an aquarium he's gettin rid of to give to me and theres a whole bunch of regular cheap feeder fish in there. could I throw em to my skinks, beardies, and monitors?

Skinks and beardies, no.
But monitors..I am not sure on.
I woulkd check the care for the species of monitors you have and see if they can eat any fish or do eat it rather.

Depends on the type of fish. Monitors can eat fish, but not as a staple diet.
Would check if the fish have any sort of toxins, like some catfish do.
