My BCI, about months old now, never eats its p/k unless i move it around in front of its face so it can think its alive i guess. He also refused to eat while in shed last time. Well i bought a feeder on the way home from work yesterday just to find him in shed. I thought, who cares I'm tryin anyway. Mind you i always just put the feeder in there, then after a half hour of nothing i move it in front of him and Wham! Its done for. Well this time i figured it would be hard so i moved it for him immediately and gave up after 5 minutes since my arm got tired! So i just left it there, came back 5 minutes later and he had it half swallowed! This is the most unpredictable snake I've ever had as far as eating habits go, but he eats every time at least, just in different ways!

Everyone needs an animal that drives them nutz!
As long as it eats though, is all that counts on feed day

Well, if you think your snake is weird, I've definitely seen weirder. This weird behavior wouldn't have anything to do with your BCI tasting frog now, would it?

I got a BP the same way. One time he will nail it, the next he wont pay it any attention . Leave it alone for 2 minutes and it is gone.
