Styrofoam isn't too good an idea there...
The
crix will chew and eat it and can lead to a build up in the animal(s) that eat the crickets and can lead to impaction or other probs.
Lori, the medium sized plastic totes work well for this.
Jusy have hubby put a screen some where in the lid for ventilation and make sure they have PLENTY of food to munch on.
Oats, bran, fish flakes, whatever!
If they have food, they will spend less time trying to get out to look for it!
And don't forget some milk cartons torn up for them as well.
