Well, we gave Sam her first small rat today. Freshly killed by my husband by smacking it with a metal spoon a few too many times. Well, she came out, investigated it for a little while, then struck at it. She grabbed ahold and just held it for a long time, not constricting it. Well, then she decided to drag it around the cage a little. Then she had a little trouble finding the head, it's going down now, finally.....LOL. Has anything like this happened to anyone else???

Hehe, yup, normal snake activity. One of my BCIs, I swear he suddenly develops narcolepcy seconds after he strikes, every time! LOL. -Juggalo
