my boa ate her first large
my 40 inch boa ate a large rat yesterday! i was so happy. the previous owner fed her mediums and he said that didnt leave lumps so i tryed a large and it definitly left a nice lump lol she should get nice and big quick on a two week schedule  |

I've had 3 foot snakes take a large rat no problem. I think it just depends on how often you feed, we dont feed all the snakes every week, some are every other. A 5 foot boa could take a jumbo rat or a small rabbit! Mine did at least.
