baby boa
my baby boa just ate a mouse that was foled in half and the lump is huge he is about 2 feet long and it looks like he swallowed a walnut! do u think he will regurge or be able to hold it down?

he should be able to hold it down. leave him be for an extra day or so and maybe position him so he's on his pad or under his heat light/emitter to help with digestion.

He should be fine, but I would suggest moving your boa to rat pinks or pups. Rats are FAR more nutritious. My baby Hogg Island boas both started on rat pinks just fine an then moved to small rat pups within the first month, and neonate Hoggs are quite a bit smaller than Colombians.

i know rats are better i will be buying those after the mice i have are gone only 10 more to go lol but between my corn and boa that should go quick

Sweet. A two foot boa should be able to handle rat pups just fine (using the size index on www.rodentpro.com) if you need a reference. I really wouldn't worry about a sideways mouse. Good luck.
