What I noticed is that it looks like a male and a female spider.. which initially causes me to shudder in thinking what the poor kid coulda had in his ear if momma and poppa spider did their business and REALLY left him with a souvenier if he hadn't thought anything of the earache.
Imagine having a few dozen little spiderlings pouring out of your ear canal!? Now that is nightmare inducing....

That reminds me of an old Twilight Zone. This lady was going literally insane because an earwig was tunning through her ear canal. The doctor told her the only thing she could do was to wait for it to come out the other ear. It did, and she was greatly relieved. Until they told her that earwigs usually leave eggs behind.......

An earwig crawled in my mom's ear one night several years ago.... gUghghg i don't like those things.
Also I have found deer ticks in the esophagus of deer while butchering it...
