Ok, I am going to go ahead and schedule downtime this saturday to install new hardware. This upgrade will give us more disk space!
Now, I still don't know the exact time I will do this, but I am shooting for later in the day (probably around 6 or 7PM).

Thats one of the reasons I am also going CharlieJ!
While I install the new hardware, I also decided to upgrade the version of Linux we are running. I just need to make a nice backup before I do this!

We are back!
The upgrade did not go as well as planned. I upgraded the server OS which went fine, but apparently it did not like the new Kernel.
So I booted the system with the old Kernel and the network came up fine. I just need to figure out why 2.4 works and 2.6 does not. If anyone here is good with Linux and has had issues like this let me know. This is my first 2.4 to 2.6 upgrade. I usually do full installations 
Oh, and if you find any bugs on the site, take a screenshot and PM me and I will look into it
