New feature: Classified Seller/Buyer Feedback

The Free Classifieds on our site now have a Buyer/Seller feedback section. If you buy something from a person all you need to do to give feedback is find the add, then click on his name. This will take you to a information page about the buyer/seller that allows for feedback. It will also show feedback the user has currently.
