That's just amazing. Do you reckon you would get good reception if you hooked the TV up to him ?

Fossa are from Madagascar. Pound for pound they are THE most deadly animal. They look like a cross between a cat and a weasel. Their diet is mainly lemurs. Real neat, sleek looking animals.

Thanks for the information.
I do not have a photo of a Fossa (Cryptoprocta ferox). They seem to be somewhat rare in US zoos, only 21 specimens listed in the ISIS database.

I got to see a couple at the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park. Too bad it was daytime, they were sound asleep, LOL

hey, Calling all exotic cat lovers!
i am reasurching the Caracal (desert lynx) because i am thinking of adopting one. in washington there not illegal or anything. did you know that in the middle east there used for hunting? almost like a pointer, there such good athleats that they can swipe 12 birds out of the sky at once! when i get one it will be required for it to be de-clawed but that is ok because a de-clawed cat can still climb trees and even hunt!

I love lynx's. They're so cute with great personalities. My aunt used to have 2 in OR, found em in her back yard, I think someone had them as pets around there. Her friend got them after awhile cuz she owned out of africa, an animal rescue here in AZ. I'd recommend it to anyone who comes out here to phx, it's got the lion from the mgm grand commercial here, or one of em anyways, (he got too mean). Great place to see large snakes and cats and stuff.
