My first rat is a pet...
This is Nards, he is a sweetie i can take some food and tell him "nardsy i have a treat" and he will run over take it from me and jump up and down like he is so happy! he runs around the house and scares my BFs cats! LOL he is my sweetie!

Aww what a cutie, I like the siamese (himalayan?) rats like that, they make great pets. I breed rats for the snakes but the breeders are treated as pets.

I have my 3 that we started with that are pets and the rest well we probably have 40 either breeders or growing to breed and so they get taken well care of but they are there for food when they stop breeding and I just couldnt handle the idea of feeding a pet to the snake... Like my 3 they will be pets till they die!
