Wildlife Camera
These are neither exotic nor pets, but they visit me every night.

Both of these pictures were taken last night.
We had one raccoon that ate my cat's food from the front porch every night. We watched it grow up. It got so used to us that we would look at it through the storm door and were less than 3 feet away. It would look at us and keep eating. It even ignored my dogs barking at it.

Re: Wildlife Camera
GREAT pictures! I know some people think they're "filthy vermin" but I've always thought raccoons are adorable.

Re: Wildlife Camera
Filthy vermin make the world go round Did you set up a motion-sensor camera or were you there taking the pictures yourself?

Re: Wildlife Camera
Yup, that is a motion sensor camera. I have been flashed in the face many times when trying to see how many pictures were taken.

That is a Varmint Attracting Cinder Block from South America that I ordered off E-bay. This one is specially designed for attracting herbivores. I have some Varmint Attracting Cinder Blocks designed for attracting carnivores that I have not used yet. These carnivore attracting cinder blocks are called Carnivore Attracting Cinder Blocks. The only states where it is legal to use Carnivore Attracting Cinder Blocks is Montana and Alaska.
I bought all they would ship to the US, and I got a great deal for buying in bulk. I had a hard time getting the Varmint Attracting Cinder Blocks and Carnivore Attracting Cinder Blocks through customs, but I finally got them. I have sold some to close friends for their hunting trips (don't tell the game wardens I have been selling them.) Here in North Carolina I have used them to hunt moose and big horn sheep with great success. I will be taking one to the swamp this weekend to hunt bison.
If you or anyone else in interested in purchasing a Varmint Attracting Cinder Block or a Carnivore Attracting Cinder Block let me know. I still have three of each for sale for $500 each. Shipping is extra. When they were legal in the US they sold for much more.
PS. I have some Song Bird Attracting Bricks for sale also.

Re: Wildlife Camera
That's neat.. what would be the wildest thing you'd expect to get a photo of there?
.
This visitor caught in the game-camera-shot is waiting for the racoons and rabbits (and mule deer) to arrive.
.

.
Have fun, be safe.

I guess you are right. Kinda makes my late night, long winded attempt at a joke pretty ridiculous.
RioBravoReptiles, that is an awesome picture. I hope I never catch anything like that with my camera since it is practically in my yard.
