Update on Dukey
Well Duke, my German Shepard, got back from the vet today. He was treated for an Aural Haematoma. Here are some pics on return.
The total procedure cost $990.00
158$ for injections
45$ for fluids
65$ for laboratory
200$ for Anesthesia
250$ for surgery
100$ for Procedures
164$ for Medications
8$ for Medical Waste Disposal

$45 for fluids! We charge like $25, and we're one of the higher priced places in Rockford! I *know* we've never charged that much for an aural hematoma, even with the laser. And correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't look like they used laser on that one.

New York doctors, or vets, or anyone New Yorkers that specialize in medicine are the greediest around. I'm happy and I hope Dukey recovers well. Good luck Andrew!
