Re: I love my snakes, but...
AWW they are cute!
We have this bully sort of dog that seems to not have much of a home (or his owners only let him in at night or something) in our neighbor hood... I was causious of him at first, he plays nice with my male lab. And just in the last few days he has started to come to me and just today he gave me a nice wet sloppy kiss!!!

That would be perfect but, no. The boys name is Bub and the girl is Riley. He is 8 years old and she is 5.

Re: I love my snakes, but...
Yes, very adorable! Now they just need some snow?, like this:
dogs playing in the snow
(I've seen dogs play in snow, including mine, but never quite like that, lol!)

Re: I love my snakes, but...
I'm in Louisiana so I don't think they'll ever get a chance to play in that much snow.
It did snow this winter, though only around an inch. The boy didn't like it at all. He doesn't like getting his feet wet or cold.

Re: I love my snakes, but...
Never say Never! I used to live in the "high desert" in So Calif. (where a light snow or 2 in winter was not rare) and one year we got 18 freakin' inches! NO LIE! (but the dogs in video have better coats for it, I gotta admit!) I have 2 dogs also, and they are such buds...(& kiss each other's mouth...better them than me?) Anyway, just thought you'd enjoy the vid...

I've noticed a lot of snake owners also have pitbulls.
Great looking dogs.

Re: I love my snakes, but...
They are the best dogs ever. I will never live another day of my life without one of these guys by my side.
I recently got an 8 week old baby. I need to take some pictures of the little monster. He's so cute but already a handful! Just how I like them.

Re: I love my snakes, but...
Cuties! I found my bully breed, well actually my hubby did, going through the trash outside a gas station. He still had part of his umbilical cord and wasn't totally weaned. He's such a baby even now.

Re: I love my snakes, but...
Some of the things people do to these dogs are unspeakable.
But you never hear about that on the news, do you? Just like how it is with herps.
I've had pit bulls for 10 years now and snakes for 6. I have a soft spot for the misunderstood.
Voodoo - my 8 year old boy is the biggest baby. Cries when he wants something. Still plays with toys like a puppy and loves to "talk". Just another thing I love about them. They never "grow up". Like me.

Growing up is highly over-rated!
