Pitbull puppy update
Went to visit the puppy today and check him and his litter mates out. He has about doubled in size in the couple of weeks since we last saw him. Much more playful as well. We were going to pick him up at the end of the week (at six weeks) but we will probably give him at least til deep in his seventh week if not the full eight before bringing him home for good.

He seemed to remember us after being with him for quite a few hours on the first meeting. The others seemed curious but reserved. He kept following us around.

VERY cute!!
8 weeks is best, puppies learn a lot from their mothers at that age and you'll do yourself a favour by waiting till at least 8

Still working on that. Boomer was easy because the morning after I brought him home, my daughter woke up to him in her room and said "Boomer!" just as she opened her eyes. It was from a book she was checking out the night before that the dog's name was Boomer. Can't get better than that  . I think we will let his personality name him when we get him home. We came up with a few but none seemed to "fit" as well as that candid naming that happened with Boomer. We will have to see
