The joys of a Shiba Inu
Shedding time. This is from about 5 minutes of brushing.

A lot of fur is right. They are great dogs though. Does he have a bunch of energy Brian? How old? Name?

Energy? Her crack dealer must come by when we are not home. She is only a year old or so. We named her Reba because she is a feisty red head. By far the neediest dog I have had. I think she could go without food if you just rubbed her belly long enough.

LOL!!! My buddy took his in as a rescue and it was the sweetest dog. Really shy and scared but great none the less. All white fur stuck to everything though.

I have a shiba mix that we got from a shelter as a pup. I know what you mean about the shedding, and she isn't even a purebred. She's a great dog, but she definitely has her special issues. LOL.

She's no way as fluffy as yours, but she still sheds like you wouldn't believe.

I'm sorry. Think of it this way, there are days where I just might give him to you. LOL. Just kidding. I love them both.

You weren't kidding when you said how big Reba's gotten!
Reba's tail probably weighs as much as Buster! LOL!

I love fluff ball dogs, but the husband can barely stand the short hair non-shedders we have... cute as heckfire!!

That is the odd thing, she IS a short hair breed. That is just her undercoat shedding!
