Buddy
my german shepard. hes doing great. hes a rescue, technically. when we got him he was flee infested up the wazoo, and had worms really bad. when he pooped it looked like spaghettii, it was horribly. well here he is, aeound 5months later, now that hes with us, with no problems, except he just got nutered so theres stitches. the vet told us that if we didnt get him, he would of died a week later. only thing that concerns me now is, there were about 7 or 8 other puppies there. probly all dead now. grr! anyways, here he is, 50lbs of german shepard.

What a bitter-sweet post. I'm so happy your Buddy got into a good home but get that terrible feeling at the pit of my tummy that there are so many lesser fortunate dogs that don't have such an outcome. It is great to know that there is at least one out of the litter that is loved and healthy. They always seem to know it to because rescues are the best dogs (shoot, don't tell my dobe that, she's the only one that isn't)
