Re: Global Warming V1.0
Red-Tailed_mustang, Clam down, your freaking me out in the fact that your taking this so personally.
The links you gave, most of them simply state there are changes happening. I never denied that change was taking place. In fact I was one of the first saying it IS taking place. My position on this is that WE are not MAKING the change. As I said on page 1, help it along, perhaps.
But, I also pointed out that everything that has a beginning has an end. If the caps where not there at some point, but then later appeared there, that would show a trend of cooling. Now, if we are heading to the point of them not being there, or not being as much there, that would show a trend of warming.
I said it before, but I really don't think anyone "got it" most of those reports have citied changes that have happened in the last 50 years. We have been watching weather for what, honestly 200 years. I know that there have been humans on this earth for lets say 15000 years. That means that we are trying to tell the future with only 0.13% of data. that's like trying to say that a business is going to make money based on the first minute of the first day of business.
Again, I never denied it was happening, I just feel that all this is perhaps a natural cycle that the earth goes though. Since we haven't been around long enough to actually have enough proof for even a small trend, it seems more logical to me than to think we can actually destroy the earth.
Heck, even if we nuked every square inch of this planet, the cockroaches would still live right , lol
