Banner Contest and Site Redesign Contest
Ok the first contest is for a new banner for the site. Right now we could use some new banners with our name in them.
The second contest is for a site redesign. No need to know php just make a html template and it will be converted. So now is your chance to show off your skills  Alot of people dont like the look of the site right now.
If we get enough submissions I will let everyone here vote on the winners.

Please define the banner requirements (dimensions and file size limit ?)
Can banners consist of flash movies (.swf files) ?

468x60 is the requirements for the banner. 468x60 is pretty much a banner standard so I wanna stick with that.
Not many people use Flash...but feel free to make one

I made a few for LOM. One I just renamed because we're not RH anymore, the other is new and similar.
