Good idea, but not as a contest, cause it would lead some to attempt to tak a LOT of damage from snakes they don't need to take damage from.

Also, the legal aspects of such would have huge potential on the site....
If...

A visitor sees it and decides to go in the woods after a copperhead or worse, grabs it just to get bit for the contest and sued.

Someone gets nerve and or tendon damage, it happens, and calls a lawyer, for RTB promoting what we are all here hoping to avoid.

Someone dies, due to a bite sustained in an attempted win.
Instant problems all around for ALL here as every member could be called as a witness to the fact we had such a contest going at the time.

Just my nickels worth....

I agree with you Eddie. That would be nightmare waiting to happen. On the other hand Thom, keep trying to think up new contest. I think that is a great idea....this just isn't worth the risk.
