Okay.
For future reference............Human emotions are for HUMANS, one of the biggest misinterpretations we make of animals is putting our emotions on them. We have different brains that do and feel differently.

Re: Taiwan Beauty Snake is happy
Thomas and JT had to bring everyone down. You have nothing better to do, or what? You two boys having a bad day, or what? Grow up.
David, just post pictures already.
It's not about whether or not snakes have the brain capacity to show or feel emotion, but I assure you that if an animal (of ANY kind) were in a rough living environment, they wouldn't be happy.
If you take a snake, from a bad living situation, and put it in a good living situation, you will be able to tell a difference in attitude. It's just natural for us to put a label on it, like happy or sad.

Human emotions are more complex, but that doesn't mean that animals can't feel joy, happiness, love, anger, etc. My cats make their emotions VERY apparent.

Re: Taiwan Beauty Snake is happy
I'm just glad Raze hasn't found this thread yet, or there would be a real debate about it.
I'm not trying to put any one down.
We all can tell by the snakes sheds and eating patterns that it could be happy.
Further more a snake who has had a previous bad life will shed and be completely different looking with good care.
