Re: Speckled Kingsnake pics
nice tom. I use to use eco earth mixed in with aspen with my boas. Worked quite well for humidity. Not that he really needs it
Kings are awesome!

Re: Speckled Kingsnake pics
I used that same bedding with my crestie, and my tarantula. I also had it with my Water dragons, with peat moss layered over it, they were awful about getting it in their eyes if I left it without the peat moss...Dunno why?
Anyways I think it's great stuff. Right now I have my corn on Cypress bedding, which I like as well.
I love Speckled Kings, I think they are very underestimated, and neat snakes.
Nice set up

Re: Speckled Kingsnake pics
Thanks. I won a $25 gift card at PetCo for best reptile setup with that cage. Course, I was the only entry. I like it and I think he does too. I don't handle him hardly at all, FAR more interesting to watch him in the cage. Only time I bring him out is for cage maintenance and feeding (trying to avoid impaction. ). VERY docile nonetheless.
