The All New Snakes of Malaysia
A reptile exhibit organised by a friend is about to go on in Penang. If you happen to drop by this island state in Malaysia, do have a look. More info at Nature Malaysia :: View topic - Penang Fest Reptile Exhibition 2006
Some of the snakes you'll see are listed below:-

I also happened to purchase these awesome snakes - the jasper's cat snake! As usual, more shots at Nature Malaysia :: View topic - Jasper's Cat Snake

More twin-barred tree snake shots at Nature Malaysia :: View topic - Twin-Barred Tree Snake

And elaphe prasina too!

The rare Cohn's bronzeback. Do check it out at Nature Malaysia :: View topic - Cohn's Bronzeback

Red-tailed racer, or gonyosoma oxcephallum.

A white phase Ahaetulla prasina.

Im bad with other reptiles other than snakes... I think this is some sort of anglehead agamid. Someone help me? Still very beautiful though, especially the eyes.

Calliophis Intestinalis, or banded coral snake.

The ventrals are strikingly patterned.

A wolf snake, from the Lycodon species. Not sure of which one till i check a book.

Acrochordus javanicus - elephant trunk snake. This aquatic snake can grow to immensely thick sizes. The texture of the skin is interesting - reminds you of smooth, soft bumpy rubber.

Keeled Rat snake or ptyas carinatus.
Regards
hans

holy schnikes!
where did they get prasina?
were they collected from the wild?
if you know the details of them, i'd love to hear them.
I keep 3.4 prasina currently.
