hey i was wondering sumone ttold me hognose snakes are venomious??

They are mildly venemous. Its due to what they eat in the wild. (Toads and such) They are rear fanged, but will not normally bite.

The bite does not require any medical treatment, you may just have a little bit of swelling.

the only serious swelling that i've seen from a hognose was when a guy deliberately let the snake chew on his hand for a good while....

i heard that they're reluctant to bite, maybe closed mouth attempts

they're very cute
