Green bush rat snakes
Elaphe prasina
its very exicting, this is my 5th year getting eggs from them, but have had trouble with hatch rates.
I usually have at least half go full term and be dead in egg.
its soooooo depressing, this year I Think I figured out the trick to keep that from happening.

thats right I remember you posting about them, but i had forgotten what type of snake it was..
Very nice! look pretty healthy to me!! They only lay +/- 10 eggs? Or am I miscounting? How long have they been incubating?

10 eggs is the most i've ever gotten from them, 5 is the most that i've ever had hatch.
They are right at 73 days, they incubate a bit cooler than other colubrids, so they go a little longer.
