I just bought a Motley Corn snake and have a few questions about him.... is there a website like this one for corns? I thought I saw one but can't find it for some reason. If someone here can answer the question, that would be good too. Thanks.

The answer is "Yes" ...just insert any question that should have a positive response and you will have the answer.

First of all, thank you all for helping with your input...with the exception of J Riley...
So my corn snake is just crazy. According to a few pieces of information from random people, these things can be a little wirey at a young age. The best way to get them use to you is to handle them a lot. Well, I can't get me freaking hand in the tank!! Should I just suck it up and reach in there and get bit.. not like it's going to hurt - just shocks you a little.. but still.
Tonight he actually tried to jump out of the tank. Quite a funny sight actually.
Ok - so J Riley knows what I'm sayin here.... I want to be able to handle the corn snake but everytime I reach in I get attacked. What can I do to stop this from happening? I have a dirty t-shirt in the tank but that is apparentlt not helping. Any takers???

Then say that next time. It wasn't that difficult was it? All you said in your initial post was you had questions. Thus my reply about not being a mind reader.
All you can do is suck it up really. I imagine this is a glass tank with screen top, therefore you're coming in from the top and trying to pick him up. To him, you're acting like a predator, coming from above. Babies are very nervous and he'll act that way for a while, until he comes to realize you're not going to try and eat him. As you've discovered, he'll calm down once you get him out and eventually he'll mellow out.

Thanks J. I picked him up out of the tank a few times throughout the evening and once I got him he was fine - it was just that initial grab that freaked him out. It will take a while, I can tell.
Thanks again.
