I know with boas and pythons and such there bellies turn pinkish and they turn a off color like a shade of white over their natural color. What are temps and humidity? Like mentioned before, rough greens don't do so well in captivity so maybe that is it. They get easily stressed and typically only live a few years. Just keep trying and maybe next snake you get should be a more hardy snake that is easier to keep like a corn snake. Not much is really known about rough greens so that may not help why they don't do well. Where did you get the snake from? A problem may be parisites or some sort of diesease that will be costly to fix and most likely not worth it for a snake that may only live a few years anyways. Just my .02 cents.

Dont force feed a snake because it hasnt eaten in two weeks.
Thats only as a last resort, when the snakes survival depends on it.
Just keep a few (2-3 crickets) in the cage, provide it the same temps you have been, maybe a little cooler with a basking spot.
If yo uhave only had the snake a few weeks, give it more time.
It wont hurt it.

The thought of force feeding a cricket to a snake cracks me up.
