do u all think my corns are gravid there gettin grumpy and strikin at everything thats moves and they wont eat. i have them in there with a male but i havent seen them breedin could they be gravid? [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]

They very well could be if they don't normally act like this. A little more info would be nice. Such as size, age, wieght, how long they've gone without food, and this is just to name a few. We just had a clutch and have another one waiting to drop so it's by no means to late in the season. Run your fingers down their underside. Do you feel any bumps? they are bout 2yrs old and 1 is about 5-1/2ft and the other is about 6ft they havent been eatin for about 4 weeks. they usually are great feeders and really tame i felt bumps in there stpmach [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

That's a pretty good indicator. Don't go out and bet on my opinnions though, cause I've not seen them myself. I can't remeber the gestation period for corns off the top of my head but it's not that long so keep an eye on them. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img]
