Easy Breeders
Does any one know about any hardy livebearing colubrids that get over 4 feet, and that are fairly common. I like colubrids now (used to be into boids) they are more active and cheaper to feed.

North american,
Watersnakes, garter snakes (and relatives), and........ I cant think of any others, but only watersnakes get over 4ft with any regularity (diamond backs and browns get pretty big, but most of the others hover in the 2-3ft range on average).
Egg layers are not any more difficult really, it just requires some finesse and some extra equipment to incubate the eggs.
Try a cal king or a corn snake, those are very easy to breed.
Most rat snakes are as well.

i used to have a snow corn and a regular corn about a year ago, both were around 3 feet they were awesome snakes and i was planning to breed them but i got so busy i sold them to one of my friends in florida, the last i heard the snow was around 5 feet and the regular corn was filed with eggs.

i think i will probably go with corns because my local petshop breeds them hisself, he has i think 3 or 4 different morphs i like the snows and albinos but normals are pretty cool too, idk yet. I do like water snakes but they can be agressive sometimes
