I.d my snake please

I was wondering what kind of snake I own. It was labeled as a indonesian garter snake... No garters are native to idonesia I hear. I also hear it's a water snake from another forum. Can you help me figure out what kind of snake I own?

Great quality pic of garter: for a link http://tinypic.com/1ookgi

Sorry for such large pictures. I don't know how to resize them.

There is another pic of the snake that is a good qaulity near the bottom of this link. It shows a good pic of the head and body together. A not so fuzzy pic.

There are lots of species of snakes with common names called "Garter Snakes" which is why common names are worthless.

That looks like a species of Dryocalamus, or possibly a Psammophis ssp.

Bot of which occur in Southeast Asia, but I dont think Psammophis is found in Indonesia.

Its a tough call, but I really cant tell with any of those pictures for sure what it is. (too blurry)
