Anyone have a Eastern Fox Snake??

Hey all....

A few weekends ago i was up campin with some friends.. and we visited the nature center.. I got to hold an eastern fox snake.. what a handsome fellow he was... now my interest in peaked in possibly getting one of those!!! if anyone has any info re: care info... could ya please pass it along.. man..... choosing my first snake was easy... my second.. is prooving to be most difficult!!!

I know one of the species of fox snakes is protected, but perhaps not in Canada.

You should be able to do a google search for eastern fox snake and find plenty of care info on them.

They are pretty straight forward.

Just give them a good sized cage with lots of places to hide, and dont keep them too warm (70-80 range).

My first snake ever was a fox snake, and it was pretty simple to care for.
