Just lettin' y'all know I haven't forgotten about you.

Things have been busy on my end. I'm working on getting a (very) small business set up, in the midst of everything else. No update on my dog, yet, suffice it to say he's "getting along".

Mostly, just letting you guys know I'm still around. I'm usually ghosting, but I'm not completely gone, I promise! Anyhoo. Got a new camera as a gift from a friend of mine, and thought I'd post up a video link for grins and giggles.

I warn you. I was half asleep when I took this video. It's.... really kind of lame. But, what do you expect first thing in the morning, before breakfast, and after 3 hours of sleep? LOL

I'm going to need to upgrade soon.... if all goes as predicted, I'm going to have a minimum of 40 babies of various varieties.... x.x eeps. *must build rack... fast!*

holy frickolies...i wish i had the time to have that many animals...that must take up TONS of free time.. i thought i was going over board when i decided to make some room for a cornsnake and bearded dragon in my office.. guess thats a minor upgrade compared to your collection there

Nah I don't have a lot yet; I only have 30-some odd. >.>

What can I say? Everyone here has me hooked beyond belief. So, yeah. My snakes have become my hobby, my pets, my babies, my business. ^_^

I was sitting in my room a few months ago (back when I still lived at my dad's house) and was looking around my room going "How on earth am I going to fit three more four footers and a rack in here....?"

So I went to my fiance, grabbed him by the shirt and gave him the biggest saddest puppy eyes. "We need to move. I need another room ONLY for my reptiles."

And he said "Honey, we can't afford that."

So, I found a place we -could- afford with another room. Granted... The snake room in that video is *technically* our "living room".... So I converted our dining room into a dining room/living room. Plenty of room for my snakes now!

It's still filthy in there though. Our vacuum broke.

Then our shop vac broke

and my "backup" vacuum is 15 miles away. D:

Anyone in the Oregon area going to make it to the show this weekend? I should be working there on Saturday, possibly Sunday, too.

well i must say...u have picked a worthy fiance...i dunno what i would do if my girlfriend turned my living room into a petstore!!

Ha! I told my Fiance that we ARE going to have a reptile room when we get a house together. That's just the way it's going to be.

I can't wait to get done with college and move out of this tinsy-wincy apartment and convert my livingroom into a paradise of sankey-poos...:3

I'm still in college myself... I just got really lucky. I found someone who was renting out their entire downstairs (bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, "kitchen", laundry room) for less than $300 a month. No utilities except internet.

It's not the ritz or anything, but I'm content and very pleased with my freedom of snakeliness now. lol
