Hey guys, I've poked around these forums a time or two when I had questions about my snakes. I just registered tonight though.

My name's Chelsy and I live in Los Angeles. I just got my first adult snake. He's a five foot sunburst corn. I had a baby ghost corn, she was my first snake, but she died in the care of a friend while I was in a housing transition situation.

Welcome aboard. Do you have any pics of your corn? I own one myself but he's just a normal.

Not yet, and I just fed him tonight, so I think I'll hold off until I can take him out and get a good picture of him. He's too cute not to do justice.

Hey Chelsy,

I was wondering, where are the good reptile specialty stores in the LA area? My gf is crazy about Giant-eyed Geckos and is in LA for the next 6 months, so I was thinking of setting up something to get her started as an xmas gift. welcome to the site btw.

I bought my first snake at a place in Simi Valley called Exotic Life Fish and Reptiles. They had a lot of stuff, but I was only interested in the snakes, so I couldn't really tell you what else they had. Their phone number is (81

341-1007.

The staff seemed to really know their stuff and they were helpful. The snake I bought there was healthy. It seemed a reputable place.
