In five short hours, I'll be on the road, driving to Wright-Patterson AFB for a short TDY. Even though I have to work while I'm there (10 hr days, 7 days a week), I'm still thinking of this as a vacation of sorts.It's a vacation due to the perks offered on base- 4 gyms/fitness centers, 3 pools (including an olympic-size indoor pool), and some good, cheap food (3 meals a day generally costs around $7). Did I also mention that there's an aviation museum on Wright-Patt that can keep anyone with even a remote interesy in planes occupied for at least a couple days?
Guess I'd better start packing. There's nothing like procrastinating..lol.
